What is your return policy?

We stand behind our product quality and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We are happy to accept returns of any unused products for a full refund. We make every effort to package your products securely and safely, however should anything arrive broken, please be sure to take a photo. To begin the return/refund process, send a detailed email to shipping@ittse.com, including your order number to request a Return/Refund Authorization within 48 hours of receipt. All Gift Card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

How long does shipping take?

All orders will be processed the same business day if placed before 12pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays), otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Please note that additional processing time may be required for Limited-Edition Collections, due to high order-volume. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. ittsē.com offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $50 and over in the US and over $75 in Canada (excluding taxes).  For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping.

Do you ship internationally and to military bases?

ittsē.com only ships to the US and Canada.  For shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, ittse.com uses USPS Priority. The delivery charge is $5.95 per order for domestic and $14.95 per order for shipments going to Canada.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need a different shade, product or quantity we’ve got you covered! Please email shipping@www.ittse.com to change or cancel any order. If it has already been processed then you are more than welcome to exchange or return unused product upon receipt.

Do you sell wholesale?

How can I find the status of my order?

If you are a registered user you can track your order logging into your account and viewing order history.  If you are not a registered user…..

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you are a registered user, you can also track your order status by logging into your account.

If I purchase the ittsē palette and refill product, will my palette arrive assembled?

No, all ittsē products and palettes are packaged individually

If I purchase a Curated Collection, is a palette included?

No, palettes are not included in the Curated Collections, they are sold separately. All ittsē products and palettes are packaged individually.

Are the ittsē packaging components recyclable?

Yes, ittsē clamshells, cardboard sleeves and unit cartons are 100% recyclable.
